New here?
No problem. Here’s what the process involves.
Why a mutual NDA?
The ideas in this section are still forming. We want to share them openly with you — which means protecting them first. But this isn’t one-way: the NDA is mutual, so your ideas are protected too.
What this agreement does: It creates a two-way confidentiality obligation. Both parties — you and Andy Sutton (…as architecture) — agree to keep each other’s ideas confidential while you explore them together.
What it covers: Any ideas, concepts, or working methods shared between you relating to homes, energy, retrofit, health, finance, and community — the things this project touches.
How long it lasts: Three years from the date you sign.
What it asks of you: To keep what you see confidential, to declare any prior knowledge you have in this area, and to use the information only for the purpose of exploring ideas together.
What Andy declares: His published work is listed in a schedule attached to the agreement, so you can see exactly what he was already working on before you signed.
Andy’s declaration for this project
As part of the agreement, Andy declares his relevant published work as prior knowledge. For Project Alpha, this includes:
- ...as architecture website: www.as-architecture.co.uk (refer to pages relevant to homes, energy, and sustainability)
A fuller record of Party A’s published work is available at www.as-architecture.co.uk
This list is generated from live published content and will appear in full in the signed agreement.
Please note: generating the NDA with your personalised declarations may take a few moments.
